A quotation does not reserve equipment, crew or a date unless the booking has been accepted under the terms provided with that quotation. Project-specific terms take precedence over this general website summary.
Changes & cancellation
Event changes can affect equipment, staffing, transport and venue access. Any cancellation, postponement or scope change will be handled under the terms agreed for the project and may affect the final cost.
